The CORPORATE AWARD will be presented to a local corporation that demonstrates the willingness to support girl's and women's sport programs, to brak down the barriers that often exist toward these programs and to promote all programs equally.
Judging Criteria:
Please address the following judging criteria on a separate sheet of paper and explain how the nominee meets these attributes and why she is deserving of this award. Embraces a positive attitude that is an inspiration for others.
- Contributes to the sports community, specifically girl's and women's programs.
- Serves as a positive role model for others by being a leader in the community.
- Advocates for girl's and women's sports.

How to Nominate a Candidate:
- Complete nomination information below, then click "Submit Application" button.
- Mail a testimonial letter addressing the judging criteria.
- Include 3 letters of recommendation and other supporting material (newspaper clips, brochures, programs, etc.)
- 5 X 7 black and white photo to be used in program.
